This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of SantosMods Store accounts, website functionality, APIs, downloads, upload systems, and related services.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Store for legitimate purposes including browsing products, maintaining your account, purchasing products, downloading products you are entitled to access, and contacting support.

2. Prohibited Activity

You may not use the Store to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud.
• Use stolen payment information.
• Compromise another user's account.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or authorization.
• Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Distribute malware through Store upload functionality.
• Perform denial-of-service attacks.
• Intentionally overload Store infrastructure.
• Abuse APIs or automated endpoints.
• Scrape protected account or customer information.
• Circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse controls.
• Impersonate SantosMods or another user.

3. Automated Access

Automated access must not interfere with normal operation of the Store or circumvent Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limits, authentication systems, or other security controls.

4. File Uploads

Where file uploads are available, you must not intentionally upload malware, executable threats, unlawful material, or files designed to compromise Store infrastructure.

5. Security Research

Do not exploit, access, alter, or disclose Store data without authorization.

If you discover a suspected vulnerability, report it privately to SantosMods instead of exploiting it or publicly disclosing sensitive information before it can be reviewed.

6. Enforcement

SantosMods may restrict Store access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, attacks, security threats, or serious violations of this policy.

Enforcement of Store access does not remove independent rights granted under an applicable public content license.
