2. Delivery Delays

• Store maintenance.
• Hosting or network outages.
• Third-party service outages.
• Technical errors.

3. Missing Purchases

If payment succeeds but a product is not available, contact SantosMods support with the transaction information so the purchase can be reviewed.

4. Download Availability

SantosMods may change how downloads are delivered or hosted.

Customers should maintain reasonable backups of products they are permitted to retain.

5. Updates

Where updates are included with a product, they may be delivered through the Store or another SantosMods-approved distribution method.
