This Product Licensing Policy explains how licenses apply to digital products distributed by SantosMods.

1. Product-Specific Licenses

Every SantosMods product is subject to the license identified for that product.

Different products may use different licenses. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable license before using a product.

2. Mapping Products

Unless SantosMods explicitly identifies a different license, SantosMods mapping products are provided under:

By using a SantosMods mapping product, you agree to comply with the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

3. Rights Granted for Mapping Products

Subject to the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, you may share and adapt qualifying licensed mapping material for non-commercial purposes.

4. Attribution

Where required by CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, you must provide appropriate attribution to SantosMods and any other attribution parties identified with the product.

You must indicate modifications where required and identify the applicable license.

5. Non-Commercial Requirement

Standard CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 mapping products may not be used primarily for commercial advantage or monetary compensation unless separate permission has been granted.

6. ShareAlike

If you share an adaptation of a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 mapping product, your contribution must be licensed under the same or another license permitted by the applicable Creative Commons license.

7. Commercial Licensing

SantosMods may offer separate commercial-use permission or commercial licenses.

Contact SantosMods if you require rights beyond those provided by the standard CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

8. Scripts

SantosMods scripts and software may use licenses different from the license applied to mapping products.

Scripts may be proprietary, open-source, source-available, Creative Commons licensed, or subject to another license depending on the product.

The license included with the script or displayed on its product page determines what you may do with it.

9. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, executing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using a SantosMods product, you agree to comply with the license applicable to that product.

10. Third-Party Material

A SantosMods product may include third-party material governed by a separate license. Third-party license notices continue to apply to that material.

11. No Transfer of Ownership

Purchasing access to a product does not itself transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Your permitted use is determined by the applicable product license.
