Description

The Second Amendment NPCs mod enhances NPC behavior in Grand Theft Auto V by equipping every NPC with a firearm and enabling defensive combat behavior. NPCs do not attack automatically; instead, they will only engage if threatened or provoked, creating more immersive and believable interactions.
